There are times when an event organization has a good plan in place and momentum from previous program years, but the outreach is being coordinated or implemented by someone with limited experience in the unique world of event promotions. This happens frequently with high-stakes, volunteer supported events. It seems to be happening a lot right now due to staffing cut-backs.
I will provide seasoned leadership in promotional matters and ongoing supportive counsel, a type of insurance policy underwriting first year success with your new or re-assigned team member. I limit the number of private coaching and mentoring relationships so it is useful to get on the waiting list as openings are filled based on personal interviews.
